Choosing A Place To Install Air Conditioning

Installing an air conditioner, or instead choosing a place to install an air conditioner, is a process that requires a balanced and correct decision, all because the wall air conditioner cannot be taken and moved to another place, as can be done with a fan or air cleaner.

In many respects, its further functioning depends on the chosen place for the split-system. The optimal place to install the air conditioner in the apartment can be determined, guided by several simple rules by air conditioner brands in India:

Rule 1- Avoid direct airflow.

A direct hit of the air flow on the people in the room is not just undesirable, but unacceptable. The fact is that the air jet, which the air conditioner throws into space, is the least of the rest of room air at 7-15 degrees Celsius. Hitting this stream will cause a bad state of health, and even not the longest stay under it will be threatened with a cold. The air flow should be directed so that it passes freely either where people may not be too often, or (in the event that it comes to the office) between the places of workers.

Rule 2- Install air conditioning at the head of the bed.

When choosing where to install the air conditioner in the bedroom, most of us ask ourselves the question: how would it be most appropriate to place a split system in relation to the bed, on which of the walls? When it’s impossible to place the inner block as far as possible from the bed, it should be mounted above the head (although many people are afraid of such a scheme, it is the only correct one in this situation, because the flow will not be directed to the head, it gets on our feet, which we often have just covered with a blanket, and therefore protected).

Rule 3- leave at least 10 centimeters between the air conditioner and the ceiling.

As told by best air conditioner brand in India, the most reasonable and advantageous location of the indoor unit is when there is free space from the ceiling, which is not less than ten centimeters, but if the conditions do not allow the air conditioner to hang at such a height, then the minimum distance between the unit and the ceiling is at least 3 cm.

Rule 4- Do not obstruct the blown air.

It is unacceptable to install indoor units above dressers or cabinets, in the case when the distance to the bottom of the unit is less than 70-100 centimeters, also refuse to place the indoor unit where there is an obstacle to the blown air. With such a scheme, the air flow will have improper circulation, besides, the operation of the air conditioning system will be much less effective, and air exchange will worsen.

Rule 5 – do not locate the internal unit far from the external unit of the split system

A prerequisite is a short path length. Firstly, the extended route makes installation more expensive, and secondly, it significantly reduces the efficiency of the split-system. And if the long route to lay in the box, then it is all the more greatly worsen the look of the interior as a whole.
